Could it be? Could my three favorites: Hello Kitty, Twitter, and iPhone join forces to create an awesome Twitter Client??



It all started with this tweet from my friend Calvin Lee aka @Mayhemstudios saying: Hello Kitty Has Her Own iPhone Twitter Client:



Of course I run clear across the room to grab my iPhone and search for Hello Kitty by Tappit. I take a look at the $3.99 cost and don’t even flinch to move my thumb to “Install.” What’s the first thing I do after logging my account? Tweet of course!

I replied back to Calvin: “look what I’m tweeting from” and CCd my friend @theKenYeung since he knows I’m obsessed with Hello Kitty and all things cute. Hoping it would say tweet sent from: “Hello Kitty” instead it just said “Tappit.” FAIL!



How could you not put “Hello Kitty” in the client name? Sure the cute skinned backgrounds and inserts of Hello Kitty images via a link are cool, but how the heck are my friends supposed to know I’m on a Hello Kitty Twitter Client?

Guess I’ll stick to Echofon for now until. At least I can look up users faster and it auto populates my followers names when I tweet them.

Crossing fingers for Hello Kitty by Tappit Upgrade 2.0 to be much better. Especially since I already got a reply tweet from one of the developers.
