Apple may have gotten Pandora for an iPhone app, but looks like Google got Imeem for a G1 app.  The app is designed to seamlessly sync with your account on Imeem.  If you are a “fan” of a certain artist on Imeem, when you first access the new mobile app, you will automatically have radio stations for each of those artists waiting for you.  A feature in the works but not released yet is having the ability to listen to your custom playlists you’ve created on Imeem on your G1.

Does this mean that Imeem isn’t going to follow the doomed curse Pandora faced with the RIAA?
