Businesses Looking to Loyalty Programs

Businesses are not making “Boo Boos.”  They’re heading in the right way by looking to programs online that create brand loyalty.

City Waboo is a site features user-generated editorials, guides, and reviews (similar to Yelp), but most importantly, business can reach out to customers to offer them a coupon or discount.

Boo Rah has the same concept but focuses on restaurant reviews.  Recently the site launched a program that helps restaurants track repeat customers with a discount card.

Both have great programs for a good return on the ROI.

NIECEE’s TAKE AWAYS:

  • Tracking! Every week this year I’ve shopped at Fresh & Easy to do my groceries. Why?

1) They’re eco-friendly.

2) Their price points are much better than most organic grocers

3) They offer me a $5 coupon off a purchase $20 or more, genius!

When I would return every week: they’re figuring out what I’m buying, seeing what products are in demand, what needs to be stocked, and products that aren’t working.

  • Brand Loyalty. Fresh & Easy definitely has my brand loyalty with the products, produce, and sustainability views they’ve made me a fan, so much that yes, I’m following them on Twitter!
