At #140Conf LA this week Foursquare was down! People kept trying to check in but couldn't. I may not have been able to make it to the conference, but I sure did see my friends complaining about it on Twitter and Facebook.

As my friends Natasha & Ashley and I make our way to our hotel room at 5am in the morning in a cab. The cab driver asks us. "Is this your first SXSW?" It wasn't but we had to ask him "What makes you a veteran at SXSW then?" He responded: "About 6 minutes after you land." Fav Moment number 7!

I had been to X Games a ton of times here in nice and sunny Southern California. Perfect when it's right smack in the middle of summer. Taking it to the snow this time was a whole different story.
