Have you ever watched a live show where they do product reviews and you immediately went to your computer to look up the product online and buy it?  Well, last week Amazon.com and Tivo announced that they are making it easier for you to buy these products you see on TV straight from your Tivo.

When you watch a live TV show like Oprah, your Tivo will pop up a message that will enable you to go to connect to Amazon.com on your Tivo and allow you to purchase the product right on your TV.

I’m a sucker for product reviews and especially infomercials. Now I don’t have to move a whole 2 feet from my couch to my computer to buy the product.  I can just move a couple of fingers on the remote and buy it!

The only thing I have to worry about now is that sketchy friend or relative coming over to watch TV and then finding a $1,000 bill at the end of the month on my Tivo.
