No it’s not the next Terminiator, but that would be a cool title!  T508 is the url to Jet Blue’s newest website for Jet Blue’s Terminal 5 at JFK airport.  

Terminal 5 is actually the TWA Saarinen building that has been remodeled with:

• Food & retail spaces
• Grandstand seats for lounging and plugs for recharging your devices,
• The Digital Ring consisting of 43 LCD monitors
• The Morso Lounge where you can grab a drink at the Velocity bar and hang out on the Morso furniture
• A play area for children
• 20 security lanes designed to get you in/out in 12 minutes
• 58 kiosks, 16 full-service counters, 16 bag drop counters
• Touch screen food ordering service that provides meal delivery to the gate area
• The best part experiencing one of history’s landmarks

Move over Virgin America you’ve got some competition heading your way.

NIECEE’s TAKE AWAYS:

• Customer Experience.  Sure cheap airfare can be a big factor when flying, but so can having Direct TV on a plane when it’s Game 7 of the NBA Finals or the season finale of 24 (true story!).  Jet Blue really takes the time to understand their customers and provide an overall experience.  Sometimes posh seats and a cool factor isn’t enough.
